- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from the center back of your neck to your wrist with arm slightly bent.
